Job Description

**Job Title:** SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM Expert (Freelance) **Role Summary:** Immediate‑start freelance consultant responsible for leading and executing SAP Solution Manager activities, with a focus on Change Request Management (ChaRM) for S/4HANA environments. Works on‑site weekly in Paris for a 3‑month engagement, with potential extension. **Expectations:** - Available ASAP for a 3‑month contract (possible extension). - On‑site presence in Paris at least once per week. - Provide hourly‑rate proposal. - Communicate fluently in English; French is a plus. - Ability to act as team lead or mentor when required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Solution Manager (SM) for the client’s landscape. - Design, implement, and monitor ChaRM processes, ensuring compliance and efficient change management. - Support S/4HANA related Solution Manager activities, including testing, documentation, and release management. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Collaborate with functional and technical SAP teams to resolve issues and improve system stability. - Generate reports and dashboards on change requests, incidents, and system health. - Participate in periodic reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SM) – implementation, configuration, and administration. - Deep expertise in ChaRM (Change Request Management) processes and best practices. - Proven experience supporting S/4HANA environments through SM. - Demonstrated team‑lead or mentoring experience (bonus). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - SAP Solution Manager certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – Solution Manager) preferred. - Additional SAP S/4HANA or ChaRM‑related certifications are advantageous.
