Job Description
**Job Title** IAM Support Technician – Level 2/3 (M/F) **Role Summary** Provide second‑ and third‑tier technical support for Identity Management (IAM) solutions under the guidance of an experienced engineer. Resolve incidents related to user identities, access, and entitlements; perform provisioning and de‑provisioning tasks; contribute to platform maintenance, documentation, and testing. Support continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with IAM technologies. **Expectations** - Demonstrated curiosity and drive to deepen IAM expertise - Strong organizational skills and adherence to procedures - Effective teamwork and clear communication with users and senior staff - Ability to document best practices and collaborate on testing and deployment **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and resolve level‑2/3 support tickets, escalating to level‑3 when necessary - Troubleshoot technical issues in IAM workflows (IGA, AM, PAM) - Handle complex requests for role creation/modification and entitlement management - Diagnose and address anomalies, maintain corrective rules and connectors - Update user attributes and manage provisioning/de‑provisioning requests - Produce and maintain documentation of procedures and best practices - Participate in integration tests, deployments, and automation initiatives - Conduct technology, regulation, and best‑practice monitoring to support continuous learning **Required Skills** - Knowledge of IAM concepts: identity governance, MFA, SSO, AD/LDAP administration - Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML) and ITSM tools - Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python) or willingness to learn - Understanding of APIs and application connector architectures - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork capabilities **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree or certification in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field - Prior experience (internship or professional) in helpdesk or IAM support ---
