Job Description
**Job Title** CRM Specialist (Contract) **Role Summary** Lead the adoption and optimal use of HubSpot across the organization. Implement and customize the platform, develop automations and workflows, maintain data integrity, create reports, provide technical support, and train staff to drive scalable customer experience and revenue growth. **Expectations** - Achieve high CRM adoption rates and user proficiency. - Deliver reliable, data‑driven insights and automation that support business development. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HubSpot releases and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM strategy with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Champion and promote HubSpot usage organization‑wide. 2. Onboard head office and clinic teams to HubSpot. 3. Customize views, properties, and workflows to meet business needs. 4. Build and maintain sales workflows, sequences, and automation. 5. Manage existing and new integrations, ensuring smooth data flow. 6. Produce dashboards and reports; verify data quality and consistency. 7. Keep abreast of HubSpot updates and plan deployments. 8. Provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshoot issues. 9. Develop documentation and conduct training sessions on HubSpot features. 10. Liaise with stakeholders to prioritize and implement CRM enhancements. **Required Skills** - HubSpot implementation and administration (2+ years). - Workflow, automation, and sequence design. - Integration management and data quality assurance. - Report building and dashboard creation. - Technical support and troubleshooting. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Problem‑solving and analytical thinking. - Teaching and mentoring ability. - Team orientation and self‑learning mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 2 years experience as HubSpot implementer/administrator. - Valid HubSpot certifications (Sales, Marketing, Service) preferred as an additional asset.
