**Job Title:** Marketing Manager (Pharma Industry)
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of integrated B2B marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, support commercial growth, and position the organization as an innovative, technology‑enabled pharma services partner. Own brand strategy, coordinate agency collaborations, and drive digital and thought‑leadership initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in CRO, pharma, life sciences, or technology‑enabled services.
- Proven ability to design high‑impact promotional materials and slide decks.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated organizational and creative skills, with a visual‑design orientation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and manage company‑wide marketing plans and content calendars.
- Evolve brand positioning toward innovation, digital health, and technology‑enabled services.
- Lead brand transformation projects post‑acquisitions, coordinating external branding, digital, and creative agencies.
- Serve as internal owner of brand strategy; direct external partners for design, digital, and communications execution.
- Produce high‑quality marketing collateral, visual designs, and thought‑leadership content.
- Ensure consistency and quality of slide decks and promotional materials across all business units.
- Manage and continuously optimize digital platforms, including website (WordPress) and LinkedIn presence.
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and conference participation.
- Support data‑driven marketing initiatives, track campaign performance, and utilize analytics tools.
**Required Skills:**
- B2B marketing strategy and execution.
- Visual design and promotional material creation (incl. slide decks).
- SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and basic digital marketing tools.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, or AI‑supported tools (preferred).
- Strong project management, organization, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, SEO, Marketing Automation) are advantageous but not mandatory.
