**Job Title** Marketing Executive **Role Summary** Lead the planning and execution of global exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and professional body memberships to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage logistics, and assess event performance to support business objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver complex marketing projects on time and within budget. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Maintain brand consistency across all events and digital channels. - Provide analytical insights to improve future event strategies. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, coordinate, and execute global exhibition and trade show calendar, including stand bookings, logistics, and promotional materials. - Schedule, promote, and host live webinars; manage presenters, content, technical setup, and audience follow‑up. - Manage membership renewals and engagement with industry associations; pursue speaking or award opportunities. - Analyze event promotion effectiveness, lead generation, engagement, and ROI; report findings to senior leadership. - Maintain records, timelines, and budgets for all event‑related activities; ensure GDPR compliance. - Support broader marketing initiatives such as social media, campaigns, and general marketing communications. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years in marketing, events, or communications, preferably B2B/technical. - Strong project management, organisational, and time‑management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, webinar platforms (e.g., Webinar Ninja), CRM, and email marketing tools (e.g., DotDigital). - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret event metrics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred). - Full UK driving licence required.
