Job Description
Job title: Integrated Marketing Manager Role Summary: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for EcoFlow’s residential battery solutions, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences across Europe. Lead cross‑functional initiatives, partner with distributors, and manage external vendors to amplify brand visibility, demand generation, and sales enablement. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth in brand awareness and customer acquisition through coordinated IMC tactics. - Maintain alignment with corporate business priorities and keep messaging consistent across all channels. - Provide strategic insight while actively driving execution and monitoring campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and launch end‑to‑end integrated marketing programs (advertising, digital, events, PR, social, etc.) for residential products. 2. Craft messaging, voice, and creative direction for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring cohesion with brand strategy. 3. Coordinate co‑marketing plans with key distributors and partners, producing joint assets and supporting key accounts. 4. Build sales‑enablement tools (collateral, case studies, demos, webinars) in collaboration with sales and product teams. 5. Lead, evaluate, and manage external agencies or vendors as needed to deliver campaign components. 6. Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Proven experience (5+ years) in integrated marketing, media or event planning, campaign development. - Strong B2B and B2C marketing expertise, preferably within solar storage, PV, or related energy sectors. - Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑departmental collaboration skills. - Fluency in French and English; additional European language proficiency is a plus. - Effective communication and presentation abilities across stakeholder groups. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field). - Minimum five (5) years of integrated marketing or related experience. - No mandatory certifications, but relevant professional qualifications (e.g., digital marketing, media planning) are advantageous.
