Job Title: Social Media Marketing Consultant
Role Summary:
Execute end‑to‑end paid and organic social media programs for DTC e‑commerce and B2B lead generation. Own campaign strategy, creative development, media planning, performance testing, and reporting across LinkedIn, Meta, and X platforms.
Expectations:
- Deliver measurable CPL/CPA targets for both B2B and DTC objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts with consistent quality and timely reporting.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders via MS Teams.
- Operate within a central time zone and comply with contract/part‑time scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
- Develop and manage content calendars; source copy, images, and video assets.
- Execute media planning, budget allocation, and pacing to meet performance goals.
- Build LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns and set up lead‑nurture, re‑engagement workflows.
- Segment audiences by job title, industry, company size, and intent signals.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, messaging, audiences, and formats.
- Continuously optimize for CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
- Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights and scaling recommendations.
Required Skills:
- 3–7+ years paid social media experience (DTC + LinkedIn B2B).
- Proven track record of lead‑gen, nurture, and re‑engagement campaigns.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication abilities.
- End‑to‑end campaign ownership (strategy, execution, reporting).
- Native English speaker, comfortable virtual client meetings.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads preferred.
