**Job Title** Sales Development Representative (Contract) **Role Summary** Responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and booking appointments with inbound leads for AdOutreach’s training program. Works remotely full‑time during U.S. business hours in a 1099 contractor capacity, acting as the first contact with potential clients and supporting sales advisors throughout the pipeline. **Expectations** - Operate independently while meeting daily call, qualification, and appointment‑setting targets. - Continuously improve performance through coaching feedback. - Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates for all interactions. - Contribute to daily sales team meetings and training sessions. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and nurture new clients through outbound calls to inbound lead sources. - Qualify leads by assessing prospects’ needs and readiness. - Schedule qualified appointments with senior advisors. - Track and nurture pipeline contacts who are not ready for immediate booking. - Update CRM with call notes, insights, and pipeline status. - Participate in daily sales training and strategy meetings. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal communication and active listening. - Proficiency in outbound prospecting and appointment‑setting. - Ability to assess prospects and present tailored solutions. - Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry. - Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not mandatory. - No specific sales certifications required.
