Job Description
**Job Title** Technical Sales Engineer **Role Summary** Provide technical commercial support for custom electronic solutions—printed circuit boards, embedded systems, and cable assemblies—for industrial clients. Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from needs analysis to contract negotiation, while maintaining close collaboration with internal engineering teams. **Expectations** * Minimum 5–10 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in test & measurement or semiconductor/electronics. * Proven ability to drive revenue growth in a technically demanding environment. * Strong understanding of test, measurement, and validation processes for electronic systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored test and measurement solutions. * Manage the entire sales cycle—prospecting, technical discussions, proposal creation, pricing, and contract finalization. * Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. * Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to implementation. * Prepare technical presentations, product demonstrations, and technical briefings for clients. * Track sales activity in CRM and generate regular pipeline and forecasting reports. * Participate in market and competitive analysis to refine positioning and value propositions. **Required Skills** * Deep technical knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment and methods. * Strong commercial acumen and proven sales results in B2B environments. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. * Self‑driven, goal oriented with a consultative selling approach. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent (BTS/DUT in Physical Measurements acceptable). * Additional training or certification in test and measurement technologies (e.g., Calibration, IEEE) is highly desirable. ---
