Job Description: **Job Title** Final Year Internship – Project Engineer & Industrial Management Tools (M/F) **Role Summary** Support the deployment of a project‑management and manufacturing tracking tool integrated with the ERP at a nuclear project environment. Work alongside project managers, configure the system, and ensure alignment of planning, quality, and inspection requirements. **Expectations** - Final‑year engineering student (generalist, industrial, mechanical, industrial systems, or data/SI). - Strong analytical mindset and autonomous working style. - Comfortable with project‑management tools and rigorous industrial settings (nuclear, quality‑controlled). **Key Responsibilities** - Assist nuclear project managers with scheduling, milestone tracking, and documentation. - Configure and parameterise the new project‑management / fabrication tool. - Structure project‑documentation workflows (EOMR, reports, qualifications, calibrations). - Align planning with quality and inspection constraints. - Draft functional specifications and add‑on requirements. - Optionally develop reporting, automation, or dashboards using Excel, VBA, Python, Power BI. **Required Skills** - Advanced Excel and VBA. - Python programming experience. - Power BI or equivalent business‑intelligence tools. - Familiarity with ERP‑connected project‑management systems. - Excellent communication and teamwork with field personnel. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrolment in last year of an engineering degree (mechanical, industrial, general, systems, data/IT). - No additional certifications required, but knowledge of industrial quality standards (ISO, nuclear) is advantageous.
