**Job title:** Business Strategy Advisor (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Provide strategic consulting to member pig‑farm operations, analyze economic, financial, legal, and fiscal aspects, and drive improvement initiatives. Lead a small advisory team, develop service strategies, and collaborate with accounting and field staff to secure financial commitments for the cooperative.

- Maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and internal departments
- Ensure financial stability and optimal performance of member enterprises
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Member Strategy & Support**
- Conduct economic, financial, legal, and fiscal diagnostics
- Identify improvement levers and propose strategic orientations
- Advise on evolution, investment, and acquisition projects
- Guide new entrants and purchasers through the setup process
- Assist in securing financing and negotiate terms
- Lead informational meetings and farmer groups
- Participate in commissions, meetings, and cooperative promotional activities
2. **Service Management**
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- Define service strategy and translate into operational plans
- Create dashboards, monitor performance, control costs, recommend corrective actions
- Update procedures and foster continuous improvement
- Represent the service and the cooperative externally
3. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration**
- Monitor financial distress cases, analyze individual situations, propose solutions
- Engage in reconciliation, settlement, and amicable resolution discussions
- Make decisions on abnormal receivables in line with financial policy
- Draft and update financial agreements (installation aid, development, other contracts)
- Maintain professional, instructional dialogue with members

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic advisory role within the agribusiness or cooperative sector.
