Job Description
**Business Analyst** **Role Summary:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned applications, ensuring alignment between technical solutions, business needs, and strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, manage application lifecycle, and drive improvements. **Expectations:** Deliver consistent application performance, resolve technical and functional issues, and maintain compliance with contractual and budgetary commitments. Support implementation of IT projects and optimize application value through continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze user needs, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into technical specifications. - Coordinate with business representatives (production, quality, supply chain, finance, etc.) to plan and execute application changes. - Monitor vendor performance, manage costs, and prioritize requests based on defined budgets. - Identify application enhancement opportunities and ensure integration with corporate IT strategy. - Train and support technical reference contacts, fostering in-house expertise. - Track and resolve process inefficiencies, ensuring technical solutions meet functional goals. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SIRH, ORACLE), SQL, Talend, and application development. - Deep business process knowledge across operational domains (quality, finance, supply chain). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to document requirements and lead application projects. - Bilingual English and French; effective communication with internal/external stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, business, or engineering. - Certifications in ERP platforms (e.g., ORACLE, SAP) or project management advantageous.
