Job Description
**Job Title:** Information Technology Support Specialist **Role Summary:** Provide onsite IT support, resolving escalated technical issues for end-users and customer IT environments. Requires collaboration with senior experts and adherence to SOPs. **Expectations:** Minimum 2-3 years in technical support roles, customer-facing experience, and proficiency with ITSM and monitoring tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Triage and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and user account issues via ticketing systems. - Diagnose and remediate computer hardware, network, application, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams). - Escalate complex issues to senior specialists as needed. - Execute SOPs for incident resolution and compliance with SLAs. - Perform account management (user creation, disables/terminations, name changes). - Document status updates, resolutions, and troubleshooting processes. - Cross-train team members and deliver customer service under pressure. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 admin tasks. - Experience with JAMF, OKTA, and ITSM tools. - Advanced troubleshooting of SaaS platforms, hardware, and network solutions. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. - Foundational knowledge of physical and virtual operating systems/servers. **Required Education & Certifications:** - ITIL v4 Foundation (mandatory). - CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications (mandatory). - 2+ years hands-on experience with Mac OS, Windows, JAMF, Kanji, OKTA, and collaboration tools.
