Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Developer Role Summary: Lead advanced development and integration of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on vulnerability management. Design and implement container and infrastructure vulnerability workflows, develop associated dashboards, and ensure robust integrations with external systems. Expectations: * 5‑8 years of proven experience administering, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading ServiceNow. * Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow development, primarily with integration projects. * Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Architect and deploy orchestration for container vulnerability scanning and remediation. * Define and automate vulnerability workflows for unmanaged endpoints and IP addresses. * Create Power BI dashboards for operational, management, and governance reporting on vulnerability posture and remediation progress. * Develop ServiceNow APIs, workflows, Flow Designer logic, UI Pages/Macros, Business and Client Scripts, UI Scripts/Actions and Policies, and Security Rules. * Implement and maintain authentication/authorization via SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP integrations. * Perform platform upgrades, health checks, and performance tuning. Required Skills: * ServiceNow administration and development (Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Flow Designer). * Integration expertise: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP. * Strong scripting in JavaScript (Server‑side and Client‑side). * Experience with UI components (UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Actions, UI Policies). * Ability to design and maintain data models and relationships within ServiceNow. * Knowledge of container security and vulnerability management concepts. * Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards for reporting.
