**Job Title:** Salesforce Service Cloud Architect **Role Summary:** Designs and leads the technical architecture of enterprise‑scale Service Cloud solutions, focusing on case management, omni‑channel, CTI, chat, messaging, and digital engagement. Acts as a trusted advisor to global clients, translating business needs into secure, scalable, multi‑org Salesforce environments and overseeing integration, data modeling, performance, and governance. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5+ years delivering large‑scale Service Cloud implementations. - Recent (within 4 years) experience leading contact‑center transformation projects. - Salesforce Architect Certification (mandatory). - Strong client‑facing communication and workshop facilitation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect end‑to‑end Service Cloud solutions, including omni‑channel and CTI. - Own technical design and provide hands‑on leadership for contact‑center deployments. - Design multi‑org/multi‑region architectures with appropriate security and sharing models. - Lead integrations via APIs, middleware, and event‑driven patterns. - Ensure data model integrity, performance optimization, and compliance. - Define architecture standards, best practices, and deployment strategies. - Create and guide analytics using Reports, Dashboards, and CRM Analytics. - Conduct client workshops, design reviews, and act as a technical advisor. **Required Skills:** - Proven Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect experience on enterprise projects. - Hands‑on expertise with Contact Centre Cloud and omni‑channel services. - Experience migrating from legacy contact‑center or CRM platforms. - Strong knowledge of core Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud). - Excellent verbal and written communication; client‑facing exposure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or equivalent Salesforce Architect certification) – required.
