Job Description: Job title: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) & Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ServiceNow IRM Developer Role Summary: Design and develop ServiceNow Incident Risk Management (IRM) modules, ensuring architecture aligns with best practices and client requirements. Expactations: Complete end-to-end IRM solution design, implementation, and documentation within the 6‑month engagement, maintaining high quality and compliance with ServiceNow Governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and build IRM components on ServiceNow, including risk assessments, control catalogs, and reporting. - Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications and produce design documents. - Implement and customize IRM workflows, forms, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord). - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to meet SLA and usability goals. - Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and QA teams to validate solution functionality. - Provide post‑deployment support and maintain documentation for configuration and future enhancements. Required Skills: - Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development (Script Includes, UI Actions, Business Rules, Flow Designer). - Proven experience architecting and delivering IRM or Risk Management solutions on ServiceNow. - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow best‑practice development patterns. - Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and implement scalable solutions. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ServiceNow IRM. - Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ServiceNow IRM. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Optional but preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
