**Job Title** Software Developer – Full Stack **Role Summary** Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core (3.1/5.0), ASP.NET, and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure application performance, security, and code integrity. **Expectations** - 3+ years of .NET/C# application development experience. - 2+ years of front‑end development with HTML/CSS and React. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, code, and test front‑end and back‑end components of web applications. - Build and consume RESTful APIs, integrate with SQL databases, and use Entity Framework/LINQ for data access. - Write maintainable, secure, and high‑performance code following OOP and design pattern principles. - Participate in code reviews, documentation, and troubleshooting of production failures. - Mentor and support teammates on technical and design issues. - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables. - Suggest and implement optimizations to improve application performance and scalability. - Maintain source control using Git and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. **Required Skills** - Proficient in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React. - Solid understanding of SQL, RESTful API design, and data structures. - Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and software security best practices. - Familiarity with Git for version control. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
