Product Owner Salesforce (F/H/NB)
**Role Summary**
Drive the integration and evolution of Salesforce CRM and connected tools within the Sales Tools & Technology department, ensuring a seamless commercial operating model across all business units. Act as the bridge between business needs, user experience, and technical implementation, while managing cross‑functional projects, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
**Expectations**
- Lead cross‑functional, complex B2B projects in a post‑acquisition environment with clear prioritisation.
- Serve as a Salesforce subject‑matter expert, overseeing its administration, configuration, and enhancement.
- Communicate and train end‑users, facilitating smooth adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain an English‑fluent, internationally collaborative approach with IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, prioritise, and document business requirements for Salesforce, CPQ, and related CRM tools.
- Manage the product backlog, groom user stories, and coordinate sprint activities with development teams and external vendors.
- Conduct gap analysis, harmonise processes, and design integration flows between Salesforce and complementary systems.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and performance optimisation across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deliver training materials, support documentation, and change‑management communications.
- Collect and analyse user feedback, implement continuous improvements and measure KPIs.
- Align Salesforce initiatives with the company’s indirect sales model and broader strategic projects.
- Facilitate cross‑departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment of sales, finance, marketing, and HR requirements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Salesforce releases, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
**Required Skills**
- Strong experience as Salesforce Product Owner, Administrator, or functional specialist.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and the broader CRM ecosystem.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation abilities.
- Analytical mindset – able to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Product Owner certification) are mandatory.
- Additional training in Salesforce Integration or Agile Project Management is a plus.
