Job Title: Field Sales Executive Role Summary Senior-level sales professional tasked with prospecting, engaging, and closing high-value luxury clothing sales to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Must cultivate long-term client relationships, personalize shopping experiences, and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Expectations - Achieve or exceed all assigned sales targets. - Maintain an impeccable personal presentation and deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends. - Demonstrate absolute discretion and integrity when handling confidential client information. - Operate independently with a flexible schedule, taking initiative in new business development. - Provide detailed, accurate sales reporting and market insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities - Identify and engage HNWIs via cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach. - Deliver tailored presentations of luxury apparel collections, aligning with individual client style preferences. - Conduct in‑home or private appointments to offer bespoke fashion advice and wardrobe consultations. - Follow up post‑purchase to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Maintain comprehensive sales records and pipeline status using CRM software. - Submit regular sales performance reports and market feedback. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and transaction protocols. Required Skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with discerning clients. - Strong negotiation, closing, and objection‑handling abilities. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools. - Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and adapt to a flexible schedule. - High level of personal presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail. - Creative, proactive approach to sales and new business development. - Discretion in handling confidential client and company information. Required Education & Certifications - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory. - Prior sales experience in luxury goods or high‑end retail is strongly desired.
