Job Description: **Job Title:** Sales & Order Management Manager (B2B) **Role Summary** Manage the end‑to‑end order cycle, coordinate a team of 5‑7 sales‑support staff, and ensure high‑quality service for professional clients across the national network. **Expectations** - Lead, coach, and evaluate the ADV team. - Meet performance KPIs, propose continuous improvement plans. - Maintain strong cross‑functional collaboration with sales, logistics, finance, and marketing. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise order processing from receipt to delivery. - Ensure accurate billing and timely customer payments; coordinate collections with accounting. - Resolve order, delivery, and invoicing disputes, maintaining customer satisfaction. - Track and analyze KPIs (e‑g., customer satisfaction, delivery times); produce regular reports. - Drive process efficiencies and update procedures. - Manage a portfolio of key national clients. **Required Skills** - Team leadership and coaching. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability. - Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems. - Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 2–3 years university qualification (Bac+2/3) in commerce, management, or languages. - 3–5 years of experience in a similar B2B Order Management or Sales Support role, preferably with team management.
