**Job Title** Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist **Role Summary** Spearheads unified brand identity and multi-channel marketing for a global engineering solutions provider. Designs visual assets, produces video content, and orchestrates integrated campaigns to translate complex industrial offerings into engaging stories. **Expectations** - Deliver cohesive, high‑quality brand visuals across corporate and product lines. - Produce and manage video assets that showcase products, capabilities, and customer successes. - Run, measure, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (email, social, automation). - Ensure marketing collateral accurately reflects technical features and value propositions. - Maintain brand consistency, manage budgets, and drive ROI. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and disseminate the visual brand strategy and style guides. - Design collateral: flyers, brochures, technical literature, digital assets. - Create trade‑show displays (e.g., pull‑ups, booth layouts up to 50’x50’). - Conceptualize, film, storyboard, edit, and publish high‑quality videos. - Build, launch, and maintain the corporate website. - Develop integrated print and digital campaigns; manage HubSpot accounts. - Coordinate with sales, engineering, and product teams for accurate messaging. - Track campaign performance; report insight‑driven recommendations. - Manage budgets for all advertising and campaign spend. **Required Skills** - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent Affinity. - Video production: concept, filming, editing, and post‑production. - HubSpot (or similar) campaign management and automation. - Design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout. - Project management: multi‑tasking, deadlines, stakeholder communication. - Strong verbal and written communication; cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Minimum 3 years in marketing roles with a portfolio of design and video work. ---
