Job Title: Marketing Manager (Brands) Role Summary: Lead development, execution, and stewardship of integrated marketing campaigns for a Roc Nation spirits brand. Translate brand strategy into compelling narratives, activate across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive national sales and brand recognition. Expatations: - Own end‑to‑end brand marketing strategy from concept to launch. - Deliver measurable growth in brand awareness and sales. - Maintain brand consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints. - Manage concurrent projects and budgets with high quality and on‑time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve brand campaigns, creative briefs, seasonal programs, and activation concepts. - Develop and execute 360° marketing initiatives across digital, social, influencer, experiential, and traditional media. - Oversee content production, including photo/video shoots, brand assets, and packaging updates. - Identify and partner with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify online presence. - Design and implement trade marketing programs, POS materials, and promotional tools to support retail and on‑premise sales. - Lead brand presence at festivals, tastings, sponsorships, and VIP events; manage budgets, logistics, and post‑event ROI. - Research category trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities. - Communicate strategy, concepts, and performance metrics to leadership, agencies, distributors, and partners. - Foster brand consistency across all channels and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Required Skills: - 4–7+ years of brand or marketing experience (spirits, beverage, CPG, or lifestyle category preferred). - Strong cultural pulse and storytelling ability to forge emotional connections. - Expertise in social media platforms, digital best practices, and influencer ecosystems. - Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Detail orientation and proactive problem‑solving. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Knowledge of the three‑tier system and alcohol industry regulations is a plus.
