Job title: Marketing Content Manager Role Summary: Lead all brand storytelling for a B2B SaaS company, creating and delivering high‑quality content assets that drive marketing demand and support the sales pipeline. Expactations: - Increase qualified marketing leads and positively impact sales pipeline metrics. - Plan, execute, and deliver content projects on schedule with minimal oversight. - Produce unique, high‑quality assets that elevate brand voice. - Continuously improve content processes and adopt new tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Go‑To‑Market, Product, Client Services, and Leadership teams to identify required marketing assets. - Independently manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple content types (website pages, social posts, videos, infographics, ads, articles). - Design, produce, and publish assets that tell the brand story. - Track performance metrics, report results, and adjust strategies proactively and timely. - Recommend and implement new marketing tools, techniques, and efficiencies. - Support secondary marketing efforts such as events, outreach, research, and administrative tasks. Required Skills: - 5+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience. - Proven ability to design and produce creative assets: website copy, social media, video, infographics, ads, and articles. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, PowerPoint, and related design/production tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership and high‑impact content. - Excellent project management, deadline discipline, and independent work ethic. - Detail‑oriented, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement mindset. - Effective collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Any professional certifications related to digital marketing, content strategy, or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
