**Job Title** Coordinator, Marketing & Brand Partnerships **Role Summary** Support the Head of Marketing & Brand Partnerships in a studio‑focused environment, enabling the positioning and monetization of sports content through brand integration, marketing campaigns, and partnership execution across linear, streaming, digital, and off‑platform channels. **Expectations** - Manage executive calendar and high‑volume communications with internal teams and external partners. - Provide detailed meeting support, documentation, and follow‑up. - Execute administrative and project tasks that facilitate marketing and partnership initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate scheduling for executive meetings, brand, agency, buyer, and production partner callbacks. - Screen, triage, and respond to phone, email, and meeting requests professionally and discreetly. - Prepare agendas, take thorough notes, and produce clear recaps, next steps, and deliverable materials for marketing, creative, and partnership calls. - Conduct research on brands, agencies, categories, and market trends to support partnership strategy and pitch positioning. - Build and maintain companion databases, grids, and trackers for brand partners, sponsorships, marketplace pitches, active deals, and campaign timelines. - Track incoming partnership opportunities, creative assets, and marketplace inquiries. - Assist in creating pitch decks, sizzles, and sales‑facing materials for partner and buyer discussions. - Oversee internal distribution of marketing, partnership, and production‑related documents. - Support key marketing moments, brand activations, sponsorship integrations, and partner deliverables linked to studio content. - Arrange travel itineraries, process expenses, and manage related documentation. - Serve as primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders (brand partners, agencies, agents, talent reps, production partners). - Build collaborative relationships with assistants, coordinators, and junior executives across studio and external ecosystem. - Perform ad‑hoc administrative and project support, including research, meeting prep, and special projects. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of assistant/coordinator experience in entertainment, media, sports, marketing, sales, or brand partnerships. - Strong organizational ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience creating grids, trackers, and presentations. - Discretion in handling confidential information. - Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. - Comfortable interacting with senior executives, creatives, brand partners, agencies, and buyers. - Knowledge or interest in brand integrations, sponsorships, content marketing, or partnership campaigns is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred. ---
