Job Description
**Job Title** Business Analyst, Omnichannel (Remote) **Role Summary** Drive cross‑functional initiatives to deliver scalable omnichannel solutions, manage the product roadmap, and act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while supporting change management and post‑go‑live optimization. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective capabilities on schedule. - Prioritize initiatives aligned with the Omnichannel roadmap. - Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. - Proactively identify and resolve issues; act with urgency and accountability. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements. - Develop and maintain project charters; support both Waterfall and Agile SDLC processes. - Estimate effort with IT/e‑commerce teams; continuously groom backlog and prioritize user stories. - Produce business process models, data flow diagrams, and workflow documentation; validate with technical and non‑technical teams. - Participate in integration testing, create test plans/use cases, and document results. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create end‑to‑end scenario demonstrations. - Support change management, preparing user documentation and training materials. - Monitor project status with the Omnichannel Project Manager; escalate roadblocks promptly. - Provide post‑go‑live support, track issues, and drive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Advanced problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical abilities. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Detail‑oriented with a knack for spotting opportunities and troubleshooting. - Proficient in documenting and interpreting business and functional requirements. - Collaborative mindset; capable of supporting cross‑functional teams. - Effective presentation skills for internal audiences. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent. - 3–5 years experience as a Business Analyst, process improvement analyst, or related role. - No specific certifications required, but Agile or PMP training is advantageous.
