**Job Title:** Account Coordinator **Role Summary:** Provide day‑to‑day project coordination for a global pharmaceutical in‑house agency. Support an Account Executive by managing project details, client communication, estimates, scheduling, and compliance with medical/regulatory requirements. **Expactations:** • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with accurate documentation. • Maintain clear, timely communication with clients, creative, and production teams. • Operate with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments concurrently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage project life cycle from initiation to client submission. - Prepare and file all estimates, billing, timelines, and paperwork. - Coordinate with clients, medical/regulatory reviewers on approvals and deliverables. - Draft and distribute project estimates, budget guidelines, and status reports. - Assist creative team during development sessions and provide input on feasibility. - Monitor expenditures and control costs in partnership with Traffic/Project Manager. - Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards. - Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks such as scheduling and logistics. **Required Skills:** - Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. - Basic understanding of budgeting and project estimation. - Proficiency with MS Office, project management tools, and email/calendar systems. - Ability to interpret medical/regulatory documentation and client requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Accounting, or related field. - 1‑2 years of administrative experience or relevant internship in a fast‑paced agency or marketing setting. - No additional certifications required.
