Job Description: Job Title: Senior Java Software Engineer Role Summary Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high‑performance Java applications in a fast‑paced environment, providing cross‑departmental technical support and ensuring software reliability. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java solutions using Spring Boot, MVC, and WebFlux. - Debug complex defects, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability. - Write, review, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. - Develop and execute unit and integration tests to uphold quality standards. - Provide technical support and mentorship to other departments. - Onboard into existing projects quickly, ensuring seamless continuity. - Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt architecture accordingly. Required Skills - 5+ years in professional Java development. - Deep expertise in Java (generics, lambdas), OOP, design patterns, concurrency, and multi‑threading. - Advanced Java EE/Spring framework proficiency (Spring Boot, MVC, WebFlux). - Strong SQL/MySQL skills and experience with Redis. - Comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Proficient in unit and integration testing. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field; professional certifications in Java or related cloud technologies preferred.
