Job Description
Job title: IT Project Manager (F/M) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end IT projects from sourcing to digital solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical performance and security standards. Operate within a small project team, coordinating with business units, developers, and stakeholders to deliver optimal results. Expectations: - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. - Maintain operational readiness and continuous improvement of deployed solutions. - Communicate effectively, facilitate meetings, and mobilize cross‑functional teams. - Demonstrate a strong service orientation and proactive risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct preliminary studies (opportunity assessment, feasibility analysis). - Draft functional specifications in close collaboration with business users. - Lead solution selection processes, including evaluation of alternatives and risk assessment. - Manage project deployment: lead steering committees, monitor progress, and address issues. - Oversee operational maintenance and evolution of production solutions. - Coordinate with other project managers on shared ERP, HRIS, and document management initiatives. Required Skills: - Project management: scope definition, timeline planning, risk management, stakeholder communication. - Technical knowledge: Windows servers, VMWare virtualization, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), BI tools (MyReport). - Business‑process understanding: corporate intranet/website, electronic document management, ERP Sage, SIRH Talentia. - Strong facilitation, negotiation, and team‑leadership capabilities. - Fluency in French; proficiency in English is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum of several years experience as an IT project manager. - Knowledge of public procurement processes and relevant industry domains is preferred. - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL) are a plus but not mandatory.
