Serve as the initial touchpoint for potential customers, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand international market presence. **Expactations:** - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly qualified‑meeting and pipeline metrics. - Maintain up‑to‑date activity in CRM and provide accurate forecasting. - Progress leads to hand‑off for Account Executives. - Continuously refine outreach tactics and messaging based on performance data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect high‑potential accounts via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn). - Compose compelling outbound copy to secure meetings with C‑level and VP stakeholders. - Conduct discovery calls to assess fit using qualification frameworks (MEDDIC/BANT). - Partner with Account Executives to develop territory plays and coordinate account‑based marketing initiatives. - Articulate the AI platform’s value proposition and manage early objections. - Keep CRM records current, tracking lead stages and predicting pipeline outcomes. - Stay knowledgeable on AI trends and product roadmap to engage prospects effectively. **Required Skills:** - 1–2+ years in sales development, lead generation, or high‑volume customer outreach. - Hunter mindset with resilience to repeated objections. - Strong verbal and written English communication; ability to write engaging cold emails. - Self‑starter with excellent organization and cadence management. - Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales and enterprise‑level prospecting. **Bonus Skills:** - Experience with MEDDIC or BANT qualification frameworks. - Fluency in additional European languages (French, German, Dutch). - Interest or background in AI and automation technologies. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). ---
