Key Responsibilities: - Update/maintain databases for tracking tanks, piping, fire protection systems. - Assist in revising technical documents, procedures, standards to ensure regulatory compliance. - Analyze non-destructive evaluation (NDE) reports and extract data. - Support project management of inspections/maintenance work. - Track/report project costs, schedules. - Conduct project scoping including site visits. - Support valve/piping inspections. Required Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams). - Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. - Attention to detail; ability to handle deadlines under pressure. - Technical writing skills preferred. Job Title: Contracts Specialist Role Summary: Lead the full lifecycle of IT procurement contracts, driving sourcing strategy, vendor management, and risk mitigation for hardware, software, SaaS, and cloud services within the organization.
