Job Description
**Job title**: Marketing & Communication Specialist (6‑month Fixed‑Term, renewable) **Role Summary**: Support the marketing director in driving brand growth by planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing initiatives, including newsletters, CRM, content, and website updates. **Expectations**: - Demonstrated digital marketing mindset, not community‑manager‑focused. - Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative; quick learner who takes initiative. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the marketing director to align marketing strategy with business objectives. - Create, schedule, and disseminate newsletters, articles, videos, and HubSpot campaigns. - Produce compelling client‑project stories and inspirational content. - Prepare and deploy targeted email campaigns via HubSpot, monitor performance and enrich CRM data. - Contribute to an end‑to‑end website redesign: gather content, benchmark competitors, and coordinate with partners. - Assist internal and external communications: events, shoots, press relations, and brand alignment. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. - CMS experience with WordPress; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. - Strong written communication: ideation, structuring, editing, and storytelling. - Analytical ability to track and report campaign performance. - Creative problem‑solving, meticulous attention to detail, and time‑management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s‑level education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Relevant training or certificate in digital marketing, HubSpot, or CRM usage is desirable.
