**Job Title:** Team Leader – Sales & Services (Insurance) **Role Summary:** Lead, coach, and manage a multichannel team of up to 20 insurance agents (Shop agents, commercial advisors, portfolio managers, administrative agents). Drive performance, service quality, and compliance while translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable results in sales, retention, inbound/outbound activities. - Ensure a professional, regulatory‑compliant service across web, contact center, and shops. - Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with continuous skill development. - Provide accurate, timely reporting to operations management and support process improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Team Management** – Supervise, motivate, and coach staff; conduct regular performance reviews, feedback, and training plans. 2. **Performance & KPI Oversight** – Track operational KPIs; analyze trends; drive improvement initiatives. 3. **Quality & Compliance** – Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies; enforce quality standards. 4. **Operational Planning** – Schedule resources; forecast workload; report results and insights for decision‑making. 5. **Process & Change Management** – Identify process gaps; implement new tools, products, or procedures; support staff during transitions. 6. **Recruitment & Onboarding** – Define staffing needs; participate in hiring and orientation of new agents. 7. **Stakeholder Collaboration** – Liaise with the Manager, other team leaders, and support functions; communicate effectively across levels. **Required Skills:** - Strong leadership and people‑management competence. - Coaching, mentoring, and performance‑management expertise. - Proficient in KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Adaptability to change and continuous‑improvement mindset. - Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory environment (advantageous). - Bilingual or multilingual communication ability in English and French (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant management or industry certifications preferred but not mandatory.
