Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Develop and iterate features for a financial wellness platform, focusing on user experience and experimentation. Work cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams to ship high‑quality, production-ready code. Expectations: - Minimum 2 years of software development on expanding teams. - Production experience with Next.js or React. - Built GraphQL APIs on Postgres. - Integrated with third‑party services (Salesforce, Stripe, Typeform). - Proficient in TypeScript on both front‑end and back‑end. - Comfortable full‑stack development and preference for a specific stack. - Effective communication in distributed, asynchronous, and synchronous settings. Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, and maintain new features for the Your Money Line platform. - Iterate quickly, ship often, and adopt an experimentation mindset. - Refine UI/UX in collaboration with product teams. - Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs and integrate with external systems. - Collaborate with engineering peers across the organization. - Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability on AWS. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
