Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer – Product
Role Summary:
Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform (iOS, Android, Web) features and a new developer‑facing API. Lead AI‑powered integrations and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from architecture through deployment and monitoring, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Expactations:
* Deliver high‑quality, scalable code that powers third‑party integrations and AI features.
* Own product development lifecycle – design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
* Participate in architecture design, planning, and code reviews across the stack.
* Adapt swiftly to evolving tech stack and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect and implement RESTful APIs, event‑driven microservices, and agentic AI systems.
* Build and deploy backend services in Kotlin, Rust, Go, or other modern backend languages.
* Design and document developer APIs for third‑party use.
* Harness Temporal or similar workflow engines for asynchronous orchestration.
* Collaborate in cross‑functional squads, contributing across mobile and web engineering.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize live services for reliability and performance.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in backend frameworks and RESTful API design.
* Strong experience in at least one of: Kotlin, Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby, TypeScript, Swift, or C/C++.
* Experience embedding AI/ML into user‑facing applications.
* Familiarity with event‑driven architectures and asynchronous workflow systems.
* Ability to design, document, and version APIs.
* Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
* No mandatory certifications, but evidence of continuous learning (e.g., open‑source contributions, conference talks, advanced courses) is valued.
