Build and expand a dedicated client portfolio, translate market insights into tailored solutions, and collaborate with Paris-based teams to align strategy and delivery. **Expectations:** - Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. - Achieve quarterly revenue targets and maintain client satisfaction. - Provide timely, data‑driven reporting to sales leadership. - Actively contribute to product improvement through client feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, qualify, and secure new beauty‑industry accounts. - Manage and grow existing client portfolio, ensuring retention. - Advocate Eurovetrocap’s product range, highlighting technical, aesthetic, and sustainability benefits. - Prepare accurate, competitive commercial proposals aligned with internal pricing tools. - Negotiate terms, close deals, and oversee contract execution. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and material innovations. - Relay client insights to product and R&D teams to foster continuous innovation. - Coordinate with Paris‑based client‑services for seamless communication. - Deliver regular performance reports and market opportunity summaries. **Required Skills:** - Proven commercial development experience (≥3 years) in cosmetics, fashion, or packaging. - Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. - Technical understanding of packaging materials, production processes, and sustainability standards. - Bilingual in French and English (written & spoken). - Excellent analytical, synthesis, and presentation abilities. - Self‑motivated, organized, and reliable in prioritising tasks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Commercial sales certification (preferred but not mandatory).
