Job Description
Job title: Senior Full Stack Engineer, Growth Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end feature development focusing on rapid experimentation and user engagement. Work in an agile setting, collaborating closely with product, design, and data teams to prototype, ship, and iterate web and cloud services. Expectations: - Deliver scalable, maintainable code quickly while ensuring quality and performance. - Employ data‑driven decision making to evaluate feature impact and optimize product outcomes. - Leverage AI/LLM tools to enhance both engineering velocity and user experience. - Participate in architectural decisions, tooling, and best‑practice evangelism across the stack. Key Responsibilities: - Build and ship full‑stack features (React/TypeScript front‑end, GoLang/Python back‑end). - Prototype new ideas, iterate using lean principles, and move features from concept to production. - Partner with teammates to support development lifecycle tasks and share knowledge. - Analyze performance and engagement metrics, interpret experiment results, and propose improvements. - Integrate AI/LLM technologies into product features and internal tools. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure tooling, and stack‑wide best practices. Required Skills: - 5–7+ years professional software development experience. - Strong full‑stack background (React/TypeScript front‑end, GoLang or Python back‑end). - Proficiency in data tracking, metric analysis, and experiment design. - Collaborative, product‑oriented mindset working with design and product managers. - Comfortable working with incomplete information and rapid iteration cycles. - AI‑native expertise: ability to select, learn, and apply AI tools and models in development and product contexts. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Lambda, ECS, RDS, k8s, containers) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar) is a plus. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - No mandatory certifications required.
