**Job Title:** Learning & Development Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality learning content and programs to drive adoption of product features and support internal skill growth. Partner with operations leadership and functional teams to execute a strategic L&D roadmap, manage the LMS, and continuously improve learning effectiveness through data‑driven insights.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver engaging, up‑to‑date digital learning assets (e‑learning courses, guides, video tutorials).
- Align L&D initiatives with corporate goals and the overall Operations strategy.
- Ensure timely production, quality control, and brand consistency across all training materials.
- Foster collaboration with heads of departments and global stakeholders to identify training gaps and increase learner engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and curate online courses, user guides, and video tutorials for customers and internal teams.
- Maintain and enhance the LMS: develop new courses, schedule releases, audit existing content, and track usage metrics.
- Build structured learning journeys and professional development libraries, leveraging both internal LMS content and external resources.
- Conduct needs analysis, design instructional solutions, deliver training, and evaluate outcomes using feedback and LMS data.
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles for L&D initiatives, including user testing, proofreading, and brand voice adherence.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to meet production deadlines and refine the L&D strategy.
- Explore emerging learning technologies, including AI‑assisted content creation, and recommend innovative approaches.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in full‑cycle instructional design (needs analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation).
- Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems and digital content creation tools.
- Ability to apply varied learning methodologies and select appropriate technology solutions.
- Data‑driven mindset: track training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, especially with geographically dispersed teams.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Notion and HowNow (beneficial).
- Experience leveraging AI tools for learning content creation (advantageous).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- Preferred: recognized qualification in Adult Education, Workplace Training, or a comparable L&D certification (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM‑L).
