Job Description

**Job Title** Senior Vice President, Product Management **Role Summary** Senior executive responsible for defining, driving, and executing the product vision and strategy for an AI‑enabled EHSQ & Compliance platform. Leads a global product management organization, aligns technology, customer insights, and commercial objectives to deliver scalable, regulated SaaS solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver a clear, AI‑centric product roadmap that supports revenue growth and customer retention. - Demonstrate strong commercial outcomes and stakeholder alignment. - Foster a high‑performance product culture through coaching, talent development, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Set and communicate long‑term product vision and strategy in line with business goals. - Own commercial performance metrics: revenue, growth, churn, and lifetime value. - Build, mentor, and scale an agile product management team (PMs, PMMs). - Champion an Agile/Lean product delivery pipeline with engineering and UX. - Lead customer discovery, validation, and feedback loops to shape product features. - Track emerging technology trends, compliance standards, and AI governance. - Advise senior leadership on product priorities, trade‑offs, and investment decisions. **Required Skills** - 10 + years in B2B SaaS product leadership, preferably in EHSQ, GRC, or regulated industry. - Deep experience launching AI‑enhanced products and applying compliance frameworks. - Proven track record of driving product‑led growth and commercial success. - Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and persuasion skills. - Expertise in governance, risk, and compliance best practices. - Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. - Comfortable with Agile and Lean product methodologies. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). - Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM, or similar) and Agile certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner) are highly desirable.
