Job Description
**Job Title** HR Advisor **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive HR support across multiple sites, ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate HRIS management, effective employee relations, and compliance with recruitment and HR policies. Travel to sites (minimum 2 days per week) to foster relationships and deliver on‑site HR services. **Expectations** - Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience and uphold recruitment standards. - Maintain precise HR data and resolve system issues efficiently. - Respond to employee‑relations queries swiftly, providing initial guidance within 48 hours and resolving cases within 7–14 days. - Lead ER processes, upskill managers on ER procedures, and ensure timely escalation. - Track and analyse key HR metrics to inform decision‑making and improve team performance. - Communicate policy changes clearly and proactively to managers and staff. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, ensuring compliance and a positive start. - Maintain and update HR systems (e.g., IRIS Cascade) with accurate, up‑to‑date data. - Conduct regular meetings with site managers and teams to build collaboration and keep sites aligned. - Handle employee‑relations queries: initial response, data gathering, resolution, and escalation. - Lead ER processes from incident to final resolution within set timeframes. - Coach and support managers on ER policies and procedures. - Monitor and report on HR metrics (attendance, performance, compliance, ER resolution timelines). - Provide clear, written guidance and policy updates to staff and managers. - Travel to regional sites to offer on‑site HR support and maintain site connectivity. **Required Skills** - Strong HR knowledge with a focus on onboarding and employee relations. - Proficiency in HRIS management (IRIS Cascade preferred). - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship‑building skills. - Analytical mindset for tracking and interpreting HR metrics. - Problem‑solving, organisation, and time‑management abilities. - Proactive, data‑driven approach to continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - CIPD qualification or equivalent HR professional credential (preferred). - Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly. ---
