Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Executive (Commission-Based) – B2B Digital Services **Role Summary** Remote, UK‑only role focused on acquiring new B2B clients for a suite of digital solutions (website creation, copywriting, branding, social media). Work with provided leads, manage the full sales cycle to contract signing, and earn commissions based on weekly client sign‑ups. **Expectations** - Self‑motivated and proactive with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. - Ability to work independently under light supervision and report progress to management. - Consistently follow up on leads and close deals to achieve a minimum of 2 client sign‑ups per week (higher commission tier for >2). **Key Responsibilities** - Contact and follow up on supplied leads. - Present and sell digital services to prospective business clients. - Negotiate terms and move opportunities through the sales pipeline to contract signing. - Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity in CRM or similar system. - Report sales activity and results to the manager regularly. - Collaborate with the team for support and guidance as needed. **Required Skills** - Proven B2B sales experience (preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to manage a personal sales pipeline and meet weekly targets. - Self‑discipline for remote work with minimal supervision. - Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and standard office software. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Relevant sales training or certifications (e.g., Certificate in Sales, HubSpot Inbound Sales) are advantageous but not mandatory.
