Job Description
**Job Title:** Assistant Production & Business Development (Intern) **Role Summary:** Support a small independent production company in the creation of advertising, web content, and fiction projects while assisting in commercial development activities. Provide hands‑on assistance in pre‑production logistics, on‑set coordination, client outreach, and pitch preparation over a 2‑month internship (starting February 2026). **Expectations:** - Full‑time availability for a 2‑month period, with the possibility of extension. - Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, creative environment. - Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the development of advertising, web, and fiction projects. - Conduct location scouting, organize logistics, and support shoot preparation. - Attend and support on‑set production for commercials, web content, and fiction. - Track project progress in collaboration with the creative team. - Identify and approach new clients (brands, agencies, artists, institutions). - Perform market and social‑media research to generate leads. - Contribute to the writing of commercial proposals, pitch decks, and client communications. - Help structure and follow up on commercial strategies and client interactions. **Required Skills:** - Current student or recent graduate in Audiovisual, Communication, Film, Marketing, or related field. - Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable presenting ideas. - Strong interest in audiovisual production, advertising, and/or fiction. - Curious, resourceful, and capable of working independently. - Proficient with social‑media platforms and digital collaboration tools. - Basic understanding of production workflows (preferred but not mandatory). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Enrolled in or recently completed a degree program (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Audiovisual, Communication, Film Studies, Marketing, etc.). - No specific certifications required; any additional training in production or project management is a plus.
