Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Manager – Industrial Refrigeration **Role Summary** Lead the sales organization for industrial refrigeration solutions, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic business initiatives. **Expectations** - Achieve annual sales targets and revenue objectives. - Build and maintain strategic customer relationships. - Deliver market‑shaping sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. **Key Responsibilities** - Create and execute quarterly/annual sales plans, manage budgets, and forecast sales performance. - Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team; conduct talent assessments and succession planning. - Lead bid preparation, review RFQs, and approve pricing structures. - Foster exceptional client experience through feedback loops and service excellence. - Collaborate with marketing to produce sales collateral and content. - Present at trade shows and industry events; represent the company externally. - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to guide strategic planning. - Monitor pricing trends, profitability, and cost controls; produce action items and reports. **Required Skills** - Proven sales leadership and account management in industrial refrigeration or related HVAC/Natural Gas markets. - Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills for major transactions. - Deep understanding of technical products (ammonia refrigeration/HVAC) and ability to translate technical value into sales. - Ability to manage multiple product/service lines and develop channel strategies. - Proficient in sales analytics, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Effective communication, teamwork, and stakeholder‑management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (or equivalent technical training/experience). - Minimum 5 years of direct sales and account management experience; senior sales leadership preferred. ---
