**Job Title:** Forward Deployed AI Engineer
**Role Summary**
Lead end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI applications by integrating Adobe and third-party AI models. Collaborate directly with customer teams to design scalable, AI-driven solutions for content workflows and performance marketing. Focus on rapid prototyping, cloud-native architecture, and bridging field insights with product innovation.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years in full-stack software development or AI engineering, with proven experience launching production apps.
- Mastery in GenAI technologies (LLMs, diffusion models, RAG pipelines, AI agents).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization, DevOps/DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and prioritize customer requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with technical architects and product teams to define GenAI use cases and build custom solutions.
- Prototype proof-of-concepts and iterate based on rapid feedback, prioritizing UX/UI integration where applicable.
- Design and deploy full-stack microservices, integrating Firefly APIs, headless CMS, and extensibility platforms.
- Develop reusable code components, governance workflows, and automation to standardize GenAI deployment.
- Document and share best practices, patterns, and technical debt insights internally to accelerate organizational adoption.
- Operate in fast-paced, agile environments, adapting to evolving AI trends and customer needs.
**Required Skills**
- **Full-Stack Development**: React/Next.js/Angular, Node.js/Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL.
- **GenAI Technologies**: LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Mistral), diffusion models (Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), AI agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain).
- **Cloud & DevOps**: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker), Azure (Compute, Storage, AI Services), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Terraform, GitHub Actions), monitoring (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
- **Adobe Integration**: Firefly APIs, Creative Cloud SDKs, Experience Cloud (AEM, Workfront Fusion) a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Customer advocacy, technical communication, agile problem-solving in unstructured environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. Advanced degrees or AI certifications (e.g., AWS ML, Azure AI) preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tooling and production system integration is critical.
