Job Description
**Job Title:** Sr. HRIS Analyst **Role Summary:** Maintains and enhances the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS) integrity, ensuring it aligns with HR strategy and operational needs. **Expactations:** * Deliver system improvements that increase efficiency and data accuracy. * Provide expert support in troubleshooting, training, and documentation for HRIS users. * Maintain compliance with data security and privacy regulations. * Keep abreast of emerging HRIS technologies and vendor offerings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with HR and leadership to define short‑ and long‑term HRIS objectives and develop implementation plans. * Assess current system usage, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements such as customization, automation, and process improvements. * Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, queries, filters, macros, and documentation. * Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and status reports to the HR Director and senior leaders. * Conduct functional analysis and system design for HRIS modules and integrations. * Draft training materials and deliver hands‑on user training sessions. * Ensure system compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements. * Evaluate and test new HRIS applications, modules, and vendor solutions. * Document best practices and update knowledge base. **Required Skills:** * Extensive experience with ADP and SAP SuccessFactors. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. * Excellent interpersonal and technical support abilities. * Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HR business systems. * Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. * SHRM‑CP certification (preferred). ---
