**Job Title:**
Marketing & Communication Manager
**Role Summary:**
Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Serves as the primary executive partner in executing the global marketing strategy. Leads cross‑functional marketing initiatives, oversees digital acquisition, CRM, brand positioning, and event planning, while ensuring operational excellence and team development.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable growth in digital acquisition, brand awareness, and customer retention.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and collaborate closely with sales, operations, IT, and executive leadership.
- Foster a high‑performance team culture; mentor staff, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Co‑author the annual marketing and communication plan; set objectives and KPIs.
- Partner with the Traffic Manager to define, execute, and optimize SEO, SEA, social ads, and display campaigns; analyze results and iterate.
- Lead SEO strategy in coordination with content specialists, including semantic clusters, internal linking, and net‑linking initiatives.
- Oversee CRM and marketing‑automation initiatives (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to craft personalized email flows, newsletters, and automation scenarios.
- Calculate and report on open, click, retention, and conversion metrics; adjust tactics accordingly.
- Manage brand positioning: secure media partnerships, coordinate press relations, oversee social media voice, and ensure alignment across creative and editorial outputs.
- Guide the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, web content, print assets).
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary marketing team (Traffic, CRM, content, graphic design, social media).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, production, IT, and executive management to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Champion continuous improvement of team skills and competencies.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years of senior marketing experience with proven digital acquisition management (SEO, SEA, analytics, tracking).
- Advanced CRM and marketing‑automation knowledge (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Strong project management, budgeting, and deadline‑delivery capabilities.
- Data‑driven analytical mindset and familiarity with performance analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain brand voice.
- Leadership, organizational skills, and a collaborative team‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in the travel, luxury, or premium service sectors preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or Business School.
