**Job Title:** Senior Program Project Management Instructor **Role Summary** Deliver Program and Project Management training to a federal agency, covering applications across industries. Courses are provided by the agency, with instruction delivered face-to-face and virtually. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 3 years of instructor-led training experience. - Minimum 2 years of virtual instructor-led training (VILT) experience. - Minimum 5 years of Program/Project Management experience. - Minimum 3 years of federal program/project experience within the last 10 years. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver structured courses on federal and industry Program/Project Management standards. - Apply program management concepts to diverse industries (e.g., healthcare, construction, IT). - Facilitate group activities (30–50% of course delivery). - Collaborate with clients to address needs and suggest curriculum modifications. - Manage administrative tasks for learners during and post-training. - Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Adobe Acrobat. - Adapt communication styles for varied audiences and contexts. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in virtual instruction delivery (reliable internet, computer setup). - Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and training methodologies. - Effective group facilitation and problem-solving capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience. - No specific certifications required.
