Job Description

**Job Title** Solutions Engineer **Role Summary** Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer driving adoption of the Omni platform by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and ensuring seamless transition from trial to production. Works closely with sales, product, and post‑sales teams to gather feedback and shape product roadmap. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality technical presentations and PoCs that demonstrate tangible business value. - Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, build solutions, and validate data architecture. - Act as an internal advocate for user needs, feeding actionable insights into product development. - Transition trials into committed customers and coordinate with support to guarantee successful onboarding. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with sales to qualify prospects, uncover use cases, and articulate technical benefits of Omni. - Design, develop, and deliver PoCs using SQL and platform tools to showcase data capabilities. - Guide customers through the evaluation process, providing training and best‑practice recommendations. - Transition trial accounts to active customers, coordinating with post‑sales and partner teams. - Capture customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to prioritize enhancements. - Maintain deep technical knowledge of Omni and related data analytics ecosystems. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles. - Strong SQL proficiency for analytical querying and data manipulation. - Experience in client‑facing consulting or pre‑sales engagements. - Familiarity with BI and enterprise analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense, etc.). - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about data. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. - Certifications in SQL, BI platforms, or data analytics are a plus.
