Job Title: Identity and Access Management
Role Summary:
Support Engineer in IAM/IIG team responsible for operational support, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Identity Manager and SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms. Ensures efficient identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, system health monitoring, and compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Expections:
- Deliver reliable, continuous IAM platform operation.
- Proactively monitor, diagnose, and resolve identity-related incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and application stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain Oracle Identity Manager and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
2. Troubleshoot identity lifecycle, provisioning failures, and integration errors.
3. Monitor system health, performance, and logs; conduct root‑cause analysis.
4. Collaborate with engineering, security, and application teams for governance and compliance.
5. Participate in organizational change processes (testing, documentation, change scheduling).
6. Produce and update user documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
7. Ensure alignment with security policies, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting Oracle Identity Manager and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ in enterprise settings.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role‑based access control.
- Proficiency with LDAP/Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and IAM integration.
- Log analysis, debugging, and root‑cause investigation skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and resilience.
- Additional: cloud application integration (Azure AD, Workday, ServiceNow), SQL data analysis, IAM customization (event handlers, adapters, scheduled tasks), ITIL processes, ticketing systems (ServiceNow), SOX/GDPR compliance, Active Directory Federation, CyberArk.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (preferred).
- Certifications: Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint IdentityIQ, ITIL Foundation, Azure AD, or relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP) are preferred.
