Job Description: **Job Title** Senior .NET/C# Developer – Asset Management **Role Summary** Senior full‑stack developer to architect and maintain regulatory risk computing services (RWA – Basel 2.5, FRTB) and trading desk risk tools (sensitivities, P&L, limits) for a global asset management platform. Works within a large multinational finance group on a long‑term consulting contract. **Expectations** - Deliver clean, testable .NET/C# code that meets regulatory and business requirements. - Integrate with existing SQL Server data layers and optional AWS/Python components. - Communicate effectively in English and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across financial, risk, and technology disciplines. - Operate under a hybrid development model, focusing on timely delivery within an international environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, develop, and optimize core risk calculation modules (RWA, FRTB) and trading desk tools. 2. Implement unit tests, performance benchmarks, and continuous integration pipelines. 3. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient SQL Server queries and database performance. 4. Integrate optional AWS services and Python scripts for specialized processing when required. 5. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer sessions. 6. Stay current with Basel regulatory updates, market practices, and industry best practices. 7. Provide detailed documentation for all developed components. **Required Skills** - 15+ years of professional .NET/C# development experience. - Proven experience in financial markets, specifically within Asset Management or Corporate & Investment Banking. - Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design. - Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, MSTest, NUnit). - Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and Python is a plus. - Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into robust software solutions. - Proficiency in English (professional level). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant finance or technology certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, Azure, AWS certifications) are advantageous but not mandatory.
