Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Drive acquisition, activation, and retention for a B2B SaaS product through data‑driven, multi‑channel digital campaigns. Own paid media, SEO, tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization to meet revenue targets in a fully remote environment. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed defined acquisition and revenue KPIs. - Maintain accurate tracking and reporting dashboards. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent messaging and attribution. - Continuously test and optimize campaigns for ROI. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns. - Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, including audience building, bid strategies, and creative optimization. - Lead SEO initiatives; conduct keyword research, on‑page optimization, and link‑building using tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush. - Implement and maintain tracking setups (GA4, GTM, UTM) and develop Looker Studio or similar dashboards. - Design and run A/B tests and CRO experiments on landing pages and nurture flows. - Produce performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders. - Coordinate with product, design, and sales teams to align campaign messaging and lifecycle marketing. **Required Skills:** - Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads (hands‑on). - Meta Ads Manager (paid social). - SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and practical SEO experience. - Google Tag Manager implementation and UTM taxonomy management. - Data analysis & dashboard creation (Looker Studio or equivalent); SQL‑based reporting. - A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies. - Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management abilities. **Preferred Skills:** - Marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). - Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo). - Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software growth marketing. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
